「我與我們的傑作」由諮商專業的畢業生和經驗豐富的教育工作者組成的團隊帶領,我們專注於兒童的「全人發展」。我們旨在彌合高智商標準與情緒健康之間的差距,運用藝術治療和策略性遊戲幫助聰穎的孩子找到平衡、培養韌性並獲得社會歸屬感。
工作坊目標

這個工作坊旨在為小學一年級至四年級的資優的學生提供一個鼓勵性和互動的環境中,幫助他們提升社交和情感能力。
課程導師
吳超儀女士
吳超儀女士是一位經驗豐富的幼兒導師自由工作者,她的專業知識涵蓋了多樣化的教育方法並在不同類型的教育環境中積累了豐富的工作經驗,擅於根據學生的學習需要,提供個人化的學習計劃,靈活調整教學策略,如故事、遊戲和小組活動等,提升學習動機和成效。
她畢業於香港大學 (HKU),獲得教育碩士學位,主修諮詢與輔導。透過參與不同的研究和在幼稚園工作,她具有豐富的工作經驗,了解不同年齡層的學生的學習需要。她深信學生的全人發展不只限於學術表現,還包括心理健康、創造力以及社會和情感成長的培養。
她致力預備和支持學生應對未來的壓力,積極參與設計和舉行各種工作坊,把諮詢實踐與藝術和創造力互相結合,重視其社會和情感發展。
Fatin Shahira 女士
Shahira 女士目前是一位教育工作者,服務於一家以教育為基礎的非政府組織,專注於支援來自多元背景、尤其是高風險群體的兒童。她專門提供健康行為教育,確保孩子能夠在安全和健康的環境中成長。
她擁有香港大學 (HKU) 教育碩士學位,主修輔導與諮商。在學校環境中累積了豐富的經驗,她致力於推動兒童的全面發展,強調教育不僅是學業成就,更包含心理健康、創造力與社交情感的培養。
她專注於為兒童提供實用的發展工具,以促進積極的行為改變與情緒管理。她設計並主持各類工作坊,將輔導技巧與藝術創意相結合,幫助孩子提升自我表達能力、增強情緒覺察,並建立健康的人際互動模式。透過這些活動,她支持孩子養成更具韌性的行為習慣,培養面對未來挑戰的信心與適應力。
Workshop Description
The Masterpiece of Me & Us” is led by a team of Counseling graduates and experienced Educators. We specialize in the "Whole-Child" development of learners. Our approach bridges the gap between high intellectual standards and emotional well-being, using art therapy and strategic play to help brilliant young minds find balance, resilience, and a sense of social belonging
Workshop Objectives

To reframe “errors” as essential data points in the creative process using Kintsugi-style paper art.

To cultivate emotional regulation skills by experiencing the discomfort associated with intentionally altering their prized creations.

To develop “Precision Communication” skills by synchronizing individual artistic outputs into a unified group masterpiece.

To enhance their social skills by engaging in team challenges that require effective communication and collaboration.
Target Participants / Prerequisite
This workshop is designed for P1-4 talented and gifted students who are eager to enhance their social and emotional abilities in a supportive and engaging environment.
Workshop Instructor
Miss Polly Ng
Miss Polly is an experienced freelance instructor for young children. Her professional expertise encompasses a diverse array of educational methodologies, and she has amassed substantial experience across various educational settings. She is adept at developing personalized learning plans tailored to the individual needs of students and flexibly adjusts her teaching strategies to effectively enhance student motivation and learning outcomes through storytelling, games, and group activities.
She holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Hong Kong (HKU), with a specialization in Guidance and Counselling. With considerable experience in working with students from different age groups in research and school settings, she emphasizes that holistic development extends beyond academic performance to include the nurturing of mental health, creativity, and social and emotional growth.
She is dedicated to preparing and supporting young children in coping with future stressors. She is actively involved in designing and implementing various workshops that integrate counseling practices with art and creativity, focusing on social and emotional development.
Ms Fatin Shahira
Ms.Shahira is currently an educator in an education-based NGO that supports children from diverse backgrounds, especially those from at-risk groups. She specializes in delivering health behavioral education, ensuring that children grow up safe and healthy.
She holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Hong Kong (HKU), specializing in Guidance and Counselling. With extensive experience in school environments, she is committed to supporting children’s holistic development, recognizing that growth involves not only academic progress but also emotional resilience, creativity, and social skills.
Her focus is on equipping young learners with practical development tools that foster positive behavioral change. She designs and facilitates workshops that integrate counseling strategies with art and creative practices, encouraging children to express themselves, build emotional awareness, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Through these initiatives, she helps children develop healthier coping mechanisms, adaptive behaviors, and the confidence to navigate future challenges with balance and resilience.
