陳穗寧博士進行督導。

  • 首輪課程(第一組):5 至 10 名在香港長大的中三至中六本地學生 

  • 複辦課程(第二組):5 至 10 名從內地來港的中三至中六本地學生 

日期及時間:   

  • 首輪課程(第一組):5月9日、10日、16日、17日、23日、24日
    共六節 | 上午10:00-11:30 

  • 複辦課程(第二組):5月30日 、31 日; 6月6日、7 日、13日、
    14日 | 共六節 | 上午10:00-11:30 

教學語言:普通話,輔以英語和廣東話

費用:全免

課程宗旨 

完成該課程後,學生將能夠: 

  1. 在價值觀上:尊重不同的職業選擇與人生方向,建立“終身探索、持續成長”的生涯價值觀,追求有意義、有方向的人生與職業道路。

  2. 在態度上:主動探索自我、接納自我的積極態度,願意正視自身優勢與不足,激發學生對生涯規劃的興趣與主動性,樹立積極進取、勇於嘗試、樂於反思的人生態度。

  3. 在技能上:掌握
    a. 自我探索技能:能夠系統檢視個人興趣、價值取向、能力優勢與性格特質四個方面,思考此四個方面與未來工作的關係;
    b. 生涯規劃技能:學會搜集、分析多元升學與職業資訊,能夠結合自身特質設定合理的生涯目標。

  4. 在知識上: 學習
    a. 自我認識知識:了解個人興趣、價值、能力、性格特質的基本概念,掌握自我認識與生涯規劃的內在聯繫;
    b. 生涯規劃知識:了解多元升學與職業出路的相關資訊,掌握生涯目標訂立的基本原則與方法,為後續生涯發展奠定基礎。

曹傲冰先生
​​​​

​曹傲冰先生是香港大學教育學院的學生。現正修讀一個有關資優教育與才華發展的碩士課程。他的研究興趣包括生涯規劃教育與英語教育。他在英語教學方面擁有超過1.5年的工作經驗。目前,他致力於將生涯規劃融入中學英語課程。 ​​

From Dreams to Decisions: Creating Your Future Path 

The workshop is facilitated by HKU MEd Gifted Education and Talent Development students, with supervision from HKU Faculty of Education expert staff, Dr. Serene Chan.

 

Target participants:

  • Group 1: Five to ten Secondary 3–6 local students who grew up in Hong Kong

  • Group 2: Five to ten Secondary 3–6 local students who came to Hong Kong from Mainland China

Date and time:  

  • Group 1: May 2026: 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 (6 sessions) | 10:00am-11:30am 

  • Group 2: May 2026: 30, 31 | June 2026: 6, 7, 13, 14 (6 sessions) | 10:00am-11:30am  

Language of instruction: Mandarin, supplemented with English and Cantonese 

Fee: Free of charge 

Mode of instruction: Online interactive sessions

Programme Objectives

Upon completion of the program, students are able to: 

 

(Value) Show respect for different career options and life pathways; build the career value focused on life-long exploration and perpetual growth; pursue a meaningful and purposeful life and career journey. 

(Attitude) Pique their interest to career and life planning; willing to acknowledge both strengths and weaknesses; cultivate the positive attitude towards life. 

(Skill 1)  Self-exploration/understanding skills: systematically examine four aspects: personal interests, work values that they prioritize, personal competences and strengths, and personal personality traits; consider the relationship between these four aspects and future work. 

(Skill 2) Career planning skills: learn to collect and analyze diverse information on further studies and careers, and set realistic career goals based on personal characteristics. 

(Knowledge 1) Self-exploration/understanding knowledge: gain a deeper understanding of four aspects—personal interests, work values, competences and strengths, and personality traits; understand the intrinsic connection between self-exploration/understanding and career planning 

(Knowledge 2) Career planning knowledge: understand how to collect and assess the information related to further studies and careers pathways; master the basic methods and principles to set career goals so as to lay solid foundation for the further career development.

Mr. Cao Aobing

​​​​​​​Mr. Cao Aobing is a graduate student at Faculty of Education, the University of Hong Kong.  He is taking a practicum course in gifted education and talent development. His research interests include career planning education and English education. He has over 1.5 years of experience in English teaching and is currently dedicated to integrating career planning into secondary school English curricula.
