工作坊簡介
本課程旨在為學生提供創業家學習體驗,參與一系列動手實踐和協作的數碼行銷項目。透過此課程,學生將培養一種創業思維,對於制定有效的商業計劃以解決社會問題和生活挑戰中至關重要。為了制定商業計劃,課程鼓勵學生發揮創意和智慧,辨識市場需要,創造創新產品,評估商業計劃的可行性,並設計數碼行銷活動。課程中著重學生發展領導特質和創業思維,例如提問能力、自我反思能力、批判性思維和提案技巧,以培養學生成為未來的企業家或內部創業者。
課程最後一天設有最終報告展示環節,讓學生分享他們的創新商業創意以及數碼行銷產品。
工作坊目標

課程導師
陳卓琪小姐
陳卓琪小姐是在香港特殊教育及資優發展範疇中的一位獨立教育顧問。她積極為不同大學的特殊教育教師提供師資培訓。陳小姐已修畢融合及特殊教育碩士、社會工作碩士、教育深造文憑、以及教師專業進修課程(照顧不同學習需要) ──深造班等專業資格。同時,她於國際學校、本地學校、非牟利機構及大學皆有豐富教學經驗。
陳小姐亦是「香港大學教育學院融合及特殊教育研究發展中心──學校特殊興趣組指引:生存技能及專業發展」的創會成員;不時籌劃研討會或受邀出席講座,向教師和家長演講有關特殊和資優教育講題。同時,她積極籌辦活動,向大眾推廣有特殊學習需要學生的另類天賦。
陳小姐擅長協助學生發掘其長處,曾與大學及學校合作舉辦領袖訓練及創業訓練課程。陳小姐創辦的初創企業—博雅思教育中心—獲頒 2019及2020 DBS 社企發展基金、2016年滙豐青年創業金獎、2016年香港貿發局和香港青年協會合辦的「創業擂台」傑出創業項目大獎、2016年十大中小企業優質顧客服務大獎及2017年城市青年商會創意創業大賞、2024香港救助兒童獎。陳小姐的創業故事受各大傳媒廣為報導,於 2017年獲 WelikeHK頒發「努力有明天 —最具企業責任獎」並在 2022年獲頒大灣區傑出女企業家獎。
袁穎虹小姐
袁穎虹現是一位創意總監。她是一位極具熱情且經驗豐富的創意專業人士,擁有超過十年的行業經驗。她將每一個項目視為解決問題的旅程,帶來嶄新的視角與創新的解決方案。憑藉多元化的作品集,她曾與多個知名品牌合作,涵蓋快速消費品、美妝、銀行、保險及房地產等多個行業。袁小姐在多個類別中建立了穩固的創意基礎,致力於提供卓越的創意解決方案。目前,她正參與AXA、國泰航空及滙豐銀行的項目。
她參與的活動曾榮獲金帆獎、Effie 獎及 MARKies 獎,並曾入圍其他國際獎項。
劉詠敏
劉詠敏是一位熱情且敬業的電影製作人,專注於導演、編劇、影片剪輯以及電影攝影。劉詠敏畢業於香港演藝學院,榮獲電影電視學系榮譽學位,主修導演。劉詠敏進一步通過香港電影工作者總會的第四屆電影專業人員培訓計劃(攝影與燈光)精進技能,並獲頒最佳學員獎。此外,劉詠敏亦完成了國際電影電視學院的獨立電影製作課程。
劉詠敏積極參與電影及電視行業,參與多項商業及作品的製作。其作品曾於多個的影展及放映活動中獲得認可。作為一位充滿動力的團隊合作者,劉詠敏擁有出色的溝通及領導能力,致力於突破創意界限,講述引人入勝的視覺故事。
陳大為先生
陳大為先生自 2012 年以來一直是一位專注於美國股市和外匯交易的專業投資者和交易員,同時也是一位商業顧問。他還擔任財經評論員,為《明報》撰寫專欄,並曾為《信報》撰稿。在 2007 年從不列顛哥倫比亞大學國際工商管理碩士課程(UBC IMBA)畢業後改行投身金融與投資之前,他於 1999 年至2004 年間曾任職機械工程師,後來升任項目經理。憑藉其跨學科的經驗與知識,他從2005 年起閒暇之餘便參與青年創業軍(YBHK)及Techathon 等創業項目,擔任評審、導師以及創業課程講師。
康家敏小姐
康家敏小姐是一位學習導師兼輔導員,專注於特殊教育領域。她擁有多年在本地小學及中學培育及支援學生的經驗。她獲得了心理學社會科學學士學位以及輔導與諮商碩士學位。康小姐亦曾參與資優及才能計劃指導小學資優學生,幫助他們發掘才華及培養領導才能。
Workshop Description
An entrepreneurship innovative program that creates unique learning experience for students to engage in a series of hands-on exploration and collaborative digital marketing project. Throughout the program, students will develop an entrepreneurship mindset that is essential in establishing a successful business plan to resolve social gaps and real-life challenges.
To work out a business plan, students are encouraged to unleash their creativity and intelligence in identifying the gap in the market, creating innovative products, considering the plausibility of the business plan and presenting a digital marketing campaign. Important leadership qualities and entrepreneur mindset, such as questioning skills, self-reflective skills, critical thinking and pitching skills will be highlighted throughout the program to develop students into future entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs.
A final presentation will be hosted on the last day for students to share their innovative business idea as well as their digital marketing product.
Workshop Objectives

Students will explore their career path in the education/special education industry through interviews and sharing.

Students will be able to experience and identify the challenges faced by children with diverse special needs.

Students will be able to understand and apply the 4Ps (Price, Product, Place, Promotion) to create their own business plan and marketing strategies.

Students will be able to create their virtual prototype and utilize digital tools to market their business ideas.

Students will be able to develop intrapreneurship mindset and identify the qualities of a good leader and team player.

Students will be able to listen to others’ opinion and provide constructive feedback.

Students will be able to cooperate with others in discussion and problem-solving.
Target Participants / Prerequisite
Any creative and innovative students who are interested in business, special education, digital marketing and filming.
Workshop Instructors
Ms. Twiggy Chan
Ms. Twiggy Chan is currently an independent education consultant, focusing on special education and talent development in Hong Kong. She has obtained Master of Education in Inclusive and Special Education; Master of Social Science in Social Work; Postgraduate Diploma in Education. She has been teaching in international schools, local schools, non-profit organizations and universities.
Twiggy is one of the Founding members, Special Interest Group for School Guidance, Life Skills and Career Development, Faculty of Education Centre for Advancement of Inclusive and Special Education, The University of Hong Kong and help to lead workshops or be a speaker for teachers and parents with gifted learners or children with learning difficulties. She also organized events to promote the talents of students with special needs.
Twiggy also specializes in helping students to find their talents and has partnered with universities and schools to conduct leadership training and entrepreneurship training program. Her start-up company, Boaz International Education Institute, has been awarded DBS Foundation Grant 2019 and 2020, HSBC Youth Business Award 2016 – Gold Award, Top 10 SME Customer Service Awards 2016 and Innovative Entrepreneurship Award 2017 by Junior Chamber International Hong Kong. Her start-up story has been featured in various media and GBA Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Awards 2022.
Ms. Helen Yuen
Helen Yuen is currently a creative director. Helen is a highly passionate and seasoned creative professional with over 10 years of industry experience. She approaches each project as a problem-solving journey, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions. With a diverse portfolio, she has worked with renowned brands across various industries, including FMCG, cosmetics, banking, insurance, and real estate. Helen has built a solid creative foundation across multiple categories and is committed to delivering exceptional creative solutions. Currently, she is engaged in projects with AXA, Cathay Pacific, and HSBC.
The campaigns she has worked on have received awards from Kam Fan, Effie, and MARKies, and have been shortlisted for other international awards.
Dor Lau
Dor Lau is a passionate and dedicated filmmaker specializing in directing, scriptwriting, video editing, and cinematography. Dor graduated from the Hong Kong Academy forPerforming Arts with Honours in Film and Television, majoring in Directing. Dor further honed their skills through the Federation of Hong Kong Filmmakers’ 4th Film Professionals Training Programme (Photography and Lighting), where Dor was awarded the Best Student Award. Additionally, Dor completed the International Aademy of Film and Television’s Independent Filmmaking Program.
Dor Lau has been actively involved in the film and television industry, working on various commercial and narrative projects. Dor has been shortlisted for the 12th Hong Kong Microfilm Awards Start-up Enterprise Group, awarded as the winner of Top Voting Awards in the Live Your Dream short film competition co-organized by Navigator and Fresh Wave, and many more. As a highly motivated team player with strong communication and leadership skills, Dor strives to push creative boundaries and tell compelling visual stories.
Mr. David Chan
Mr. David Chan has been a professional investor and trader focusing on US stock market and FX as well as an independent business consultant since 2012. He is also a financial commentator and writes columns on global economic issues for Ming Pao and once Hong Kong Economic Journal. Before he changed course to finance and investment after graduating from UBC IMBA in 2007, he used to work as first a mechanical engineer and later a project manager from 1999 – 2004. Combining his cross-disciplinary experiences and knowledge, he at his leisure time has been working as a panel judge, mentor, and start-up course instructor for start-up programs like YBHK and Techathon since 2005.
Ms. Carmen Hong
Miss Carmen Hong is the Head of Learning for Boaz Education, focusing on special education. She had years of experience in nurturing and supporting students in local primary and secondary schools. She has obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Master in Guidance and Counseling. Carmen also has experience in guiding gifted students to discover their talents and cultivate leadership skills through gifted and talented programs.
