工作坊介紹

在這個資訊爆炸的時代,懂得說故事的人,就是最有影響力的人。

本課程由香港電影資深編劇與導演呂冠南先生及凌浩然先生領導,並由資深教育工作者林浩銘博士鼎力支持,結合創意寫作、角色塑造、敘事結構與多媒體表達技巧,帶領學生認識「故事」的本質,學習如何以創意思維整理生活、觀察世界,並轉化為引人入勝的敘事內容。

  • 透過腦力激盪、即興創作、團隊寫作與情境演練,學生將學會建立角色、設計衝突、營造張力,甚至用手機拍攝一分鐘短片來說自己的故事。

  • 課程毋須任何影視或寫作經驗,讓學生在輕鬆互動中學習表達想法、激發創意、建立自信,並探索創意產業的潛能與興趣。

工作坊目標

本計劃目標以加德納多元智能理論及Tony Wagner「玩樂、熱情與目標」(3P) 框架為基礎,致力於全方位培養學生的創造力及溝通能力。
 

  • 透過專業編劇帶領的劇本創作與電影活動, 培養學生的創意及說故事技巧,鼓勵他們勇於嘗試、發揮想像力,享受創作的樂趣(Play)

  • 提升學生的語文智能, 讓他們在口語及書寫上的表達更自信、更有創意,激發對語言和溝通的熱情(Passion)

  • 促進學生的人際與自省智能, 透過小組合作及創意項目,鼓勵學生自我反思及個人成長,讓他們在學習中找到意義和目標(Purpose)

  • 培養學生的視覺空間智能, 讓他們從事視覺化說故事及故事結構設計,勇於創新、善用視覺表達(Play)

  • 提升學生在溝通與寫作方面的自信, 培養他們成為具創意和表達能力的溝通者,勇於追尋創作熱情與人生目標(Passion & Purpose)

  • 提供理論與實踐結合的真實學習經驗, 啟發學生將創作與現實世界連結,持續自我成長,邁向更高層次的創意藝術發展(Purpose)

呂冠南先生

呂冠南先生為香港資深電影編劇及導演,現任香港電影編劇家協會副會長(2023-2025)。擁有逾十五年影視創作經驗,其作品以商業性與藝術性並重見稱,擅長將社會觀察融入類型敘事,打造兼具娛樂性與人文深度的佳作。

代表作品包括:

  • 《追龍》(2017,第37屆香港電影金像獎4項提名)

  • 《暴瘋語》(2015,第34屆香港電影金像獎最佳新晉導演)

  • 《金錢帝國:追虎擒龍》(2021)

  • 《斷網》(2023,第42屆香港電影金像獎最佳視覺效果提名)

  • 首次執導作《潛行者》(2019)

呂先生長期擔任香港都會大學李嘉誠專業進修學院(LiPACE)與香港電影編劇家協會合辦之「創意電影編劇專業證書」課程核心講師,為業界培育新生代編劇人才。

 

合作巨星包括劉德華、甄子丹、古天樂、梁家輝、黃曉明等。電視作品方面,曾擔任無綫電視賀歲劇《荷里活有個大老千》(2019)編審,並參與《幻樂之城》《香港電影金像獎頒獎禮》等大型節目創作。

呂氏擅長融合商業元素與人文關懷,其教學尤重:

凌浩然先生

凌浩然先生為香港電影編劇家協會有限公司旗下編劇,其創作涉獵多元類型,尤以動作與劇情題材見長。代表作包括《怕怕不怕》(IMDb 8.2高分)、《辣警霸王花》、《扎職》等,深受觀眾歡迎,展現其駕馭類型片的靈活性與敘事功力。

凌先生曾於2008年參與電影《圍城》演出,後專注於幕後劇本創作,並與多位業內知名導演及編劇合作,包括譚廣源、Link Ling、阚震宇等。他近年作品如《臨時決鬥》等,題材涉獵更廣,展現社會關懷與人物刻畫的深度。

作為活躍於影視界的創作人,凌浩然先生擅長從真實社會中發掘劇情靈感,並以具張力與情感的方式呈現。他將於課程中分享劇本創作技巧、角色塑造、劇情設計等實用經驗,啟發學員從生活出發,寫出屬於自己的好故事。

林浩銘博士

林浩銘博士現任一所津貼中學的助理校長,並兼任香港教育大學教育政策與領導學系兼任講師,具備豐富的教育行政、課程設計、教學實踐及教育管理經驗。他曾於一條龍直資學校擔任多項重要行政職務,包括高級管理委員會成員、生涯規劃主任、文憑試課程統籌主任及資優教育組副主任。

他亦曾多次獲邀於教育局、本地大學及中學等擔任講者,主持教師專業發展活動,至今已主講超過三十場教師培訓工作坊及公開講座,內容涵蓋課程統整、教學設計、資優教育、團隊管理、生涯規劃及有效的教學策略等。

其教育貢獻屢獲嘉許,包括教育局「教育研究獎勵計劃獎」、社會福利署「義工服務銀獎」、「十大傑出生涯規劃主任獎」、以及證監會「你我投資故事比賽獎」。

Workshop Outline

In today’s information-rich era, those who master the art of storytelling are the most influential. Led by experienced screenwriter and director Mr. Lui Koon Nam and Mr. Ling Ho Yin, and supported by Dr. Lam Ho Ming, a seasoned education leader, this programme integrates creative writing, character development, narrative structure, and multimedia expression. Students will explore the essence of “story”, learn how to observe the world with a creative mindset, and transform daily experiences into captivating narratives.

Through brainstorming, improvisation, group writing, and situational exercises, students will create characters, design conflicts, build tension, and even shoot a one-minute short film using their smartphones.No prior experience in filmmaking or writing is required. The course provides a relaxed, interactive environment to encourage self-expression, creativity, and confidence, while helping students discover their potential and interests in the creative industries.

Workshop Objectives

The objectives of this programme are grounded in Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences and Tony Wagner’s framework of Play, Passion, and Purpose, aiming to holistically nurture students’ creativity and communication skills.

  • To spark creativity and storytelling skills through scriptwriting and film-based activities guided by professional scriptwriters, fostering a spirit of playful exploration and imaginative risk-taking (Play).

  • To enhance linguistic intelligence by empowering students to express their ideas confidently and effectively in both spoken and written forms, nurturing a passion for communication and language (Passion).

  • To foster interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences by encouraging collaboration, self-reflection, and personal growth through group work and creative projects, helping students discover their strengths and deepen their sense of purpose in learning (Purpose).

  • To cultivate visual-spatial intelligence by engaging students in visual storytelling, narrative design, and cinematic thinking, inviting playful experimentation with creative expression (Play).

  • To boost students’ confidence in communication and writing, equipping them to become innovative communicators and creative thinkers who pursue their passions with purpose (Passion & Purpose).

  • To provide authentic, hands-on learning experiences that bridge theory and practice, inspiring students to connect their creative work with real-world contexts and ongoing personal growth (Purpose).

Target Participants

Secondary school students (Secondary 1 to Secondary 5) passionate about storytelling and creative communication.

Mr. LUI Koon Nam

 

Mr. Lui Koon Nam is an accomplished Hong Kong film screenwriter and director, currently serving as Vice President of the Hong Kong Screenwriters' Guild (2023-2025). With over fifteen years of experience in film and television production, he is renowned for striking a balance between commercial appeal and artistic depth in his works, skillfully weaving social observations into genre storytelling to create compelling narratives that entertain while provoking thought.

  • Chasing the Dragon (2017) – Nominated for 4 awards at the 37th Hong Kong Film Awards

  • Insanity (2015) – Winner, Best New Director at the 34th Hong Kong Film Awards

  • Once Upon a Time in Hong Kong (2021)

  • Cyber Heist (2023) – Nominated for Best Visual Effects at the 42nd Hong Kong Film Awards

  • Undercover Punch and Gun (2019) – His directorial debut

As a core instructor for the Professional Certificate in Screenwriting for Film program—a collaborative initiative between LiPACE (Li Ka Shing School of Professional and Continuing Education) at Hong Kong Metropolitan University and the Hong Kong Screenwriters' Guild—Mr. Lui has been instrumental in nurturing the next generation of screenwriting talent.

His distinguished collaborations include working with A-list actors such as Andy Lau, Donnie Yen, Louis Koo, Tony Leung Ka-fai, and Huang Xiaoming. Beyond film, Mr. Lui served as script editor for TVB’s Lunar New Year drama The Man Who Kills Trouble (2019) and contributed to major productions like PhantaCity and the Hong Kong Film Awards Ceremony.

Mr. Lui’s expertise lies in merging commercial sensibilities with humanistic storytelling, with a strong pedagogical focus on:

A sought-after mentor, he bridges professional practice with academic training, empowering aspiring filmmakers with real-world insights.

Mr. LING Ho Yin 

 

Mr. Ling Ho Yin is a professional screenwriter under the Hong Kong Screenwriters' Guild Limited, known for his versatility across various genres with particular expertise in action and drama. His acclaimed works include Papa Puppy (IMDb 8.2), Special Female Force, and The Brotherhood, showcasing his mastery of genre filmmaking and compelling storytelling.

Beginning his career as an actor in the 2008 film Besieged City, Mr. Ling transitioned to screenwriting, collaborating with renowned directors and writers such as Tam Kwong-yuen, Link Ling, and Kan Zhenyu. His recent projects, like Hit N Fun, demonstrate expanded thematic depth, blending social consciousness with nuanced character studies.

An active industry practitioner, Mr. Ling excels at deriving narrative inspiration from real-world issues and translating them into emotionally resonant stories. In this course, he will share practical techniques in scriptwriting, character development, and plot design, guiding participants to craft authentic stories rooted in everyday experiences.

Dr. LAM Ho Ming, Mingson

 

Dr. Lam Ho-ming currently serves as the Assistant Principal of a subsidized secondary school and as an Part-time Guest Lecturer in the Department of Educational Policy and Leadership at The Education University of Hong Kong. He possesses extensive experience in educational administration, curriculum design, teaching practice, and educational management. He has also held several key administrative roles in a through-train direct subsidy school, including membership in the Senior Management Committee, Career Master, Diploma of Secondary Education Curriculum Coordinator, and Assistant Head of Talent Development Committee.

He has been invited on multiple occasions to serve as a speaker at the Education Bureau, local universities, and secondary schools, facilitating teacher professional development activities. To date, he has led more than thirty teacher training workshops and public lectures, covering topics such as curriculum integration, instructional design, gifted education, team management, career planning, and effective teaching strategies.

His contributions to education have been repeatedly recognized, including the Education Bureau's "Education Research Award Scheme Award," the Social Welfare Department's "Volunteer Service Silver Award," the "Top Ten Outstanding Career Master Award," and the Securities and Futures Commission's "You and I Investment Story Competition Award."
