課程宗旨 

通過傳授職業發展的階段性理論與社會認知影響機制(知識維度),喚醒家長對無意識幹預行為的反思,轉向支持子女價值驅動的自主探索(價值維度),最終掌握科學評估工具與輔導溝通技術(技能維度)。

課程大綱 

第一節:破繭——代際職業幹預反思

 

  • 透過金茲伯格職業發展三階段模型與社會認知職業理論(SCCT),反思家長的潛在干預模式

  • 舒伯工作價值觀量表實驗:分析親子價值觀差異導致的職業衝突

  • 影片討論:Sharon Belden Castonguay《職業決策心理學》

 

第二節:解碼——職業科學評估與生涯時間軸

  •  

  • 解析職業規劃四維評估模型(性格、興趣、技能、價值)

  • 舒伯生涯發展五階段理論與埃里克森心理社會發展理論

  • 時間軸貼紙活動:標註0-18歲關鍵發展里程碑

 

第三節:賦能——挑戰導向對話與動態規劃

 

  • OARS溝通技術實踐:開放式提問、肯定式回應、反思傾聽、總結

  • 自我效能工具應用:生涯發展效能感量表(CTD-SES)與十年生命地圖

  • 香港教育局「三元素模型」動態規劃框架

Future Navigators: Triple Dialogues on Career Development in Family Education

The workshop is facilitated by HKU MEd Gifted Education and Talent Development students, with supervision from HKU Faculty of Education expert staff, Ms. Ada Tsang.  

 

Target participants: Parents with children under 23 years old

Individual Sessions: 2 sessions per participant (15 minutes each)
First session conducted before programme commencement

Programme Objectives

To equip parents with:

  • Knowledge: Theories of career development stages and socio-cognitive mechanisms

  • Values: Awareness of unconscious intervention patterns, shifting toward supporting children’s value-driven autonomy

  • Skills: Mastery of scientific assessment tools and coaching communication techniques​​​

Session 1: Breaking the Cocoon – Reflecting on Intergenerational Career Interventions

  • Ginzberg’s Three-Stage Model of Career Development (Fantasy-Tentative-Realistic Periods)
    Super’s Work Values Inventory experiment: Analysing parent-child value conflicts
    Video discussion: Sharon Belden Castonguay’s The Psychology of Career Decisions.

 

Session 2: Decoding – Scientific Career Assessment & Lifespan Timeline

  • Four-dimensional career evaluation model (personality, interests, skills, values)
    Super’s Lifespan Five-Stage Theory & Erikson’s Psychosocial Development Theory
    Timeline Sticker Activity: Mapping 0-18 developmental milestones

 

Session 3: Empowerment – Challenge-Oriented Dialogue & Dynamic Planning

  • OARS communication techniques: Open-ended questions, Affirmations, Reflective listening, Summarizing
    Self-efficacy tools: Career and Talent Development Self-Efficacy Scale (CTD-SES) & 10-Year Life Mapping
    Dynamic planning framework: HK Education Bureau’s Three-Element Model (Self-Awareness – Career Exploration – Planning Management)

Mr. Ye Liwei 
 

Mr. Ye Liwei is currently a Master’s student in Education at the University of Hong Kong, specializing in Gifted Education and Talent Development, with a focus on career planning education research. Driven by his commitment to people-centered career development principles, he is dedicated to designing practice-oriented curricula that integrate career anchor theory, industry trend analysis, and core skill development. Through these efforts, he aims to help learners construct clear career roadmaps and achieve sustainable growth within the rapidly evolving workplace environment.
