工作坊簡介

課程將透過幾個關鍵部分提高學生的金融知識。首先,將向學生介紹基本的財務概念,接著透過模擬真實財務情境的互動遊戲,以培養學生的批判性思考和決策能力。遊戲結束後,會有小組討論時間,讓學生反思自己的經驗、分享心得,並討論如何在日常生活中應用新發現的知識。

工作坊目標
  • 增進財務知識: 讓學生掌握財務管理的基本知識和技能。

  • 促進批判性思考: 透過互動遊戲和真實財務情境,培養分析和批判性思考能力。

  • 增強決策能力: 透過在實際情境中應用理論知識,讓學生能夠做出明智的財務決策。

目標對象

本計劃的參加對象為8至11歲(小三至小六)有天賦和才華的學生,這些學生渴望提升他們的財務素養能力。另外,資優 / 高能力的小二學生亦歡迎參加。

Eva目前在香港都會大學李兆基工商管理學院擔任講師。在加入學術界之前,她在金融服務業累積了超過 10 年的工作經驗,這些寶貴的經驗豐富了她的教學內容。除了金融相關學歷之外,Eva還持有香港大學的教育碩士學位,這為她支持資優學生的培育提供了強有力的後盾。她積極參與社區服務活動,旨在幫助金融特長的資優學生提早實現個人成長定立方向。

Workshop Description

​The programme is designed to enhance financial literacy among students through several key components. It begins with an introduction to fundamental financial concepts, followed by interactive gameplay that simulates real-life financial scenarios, fostering critical thinking and decision-making skills. This is complemented by group discussions that allow students to reflect on their experiences, share insights, and discuss how to apply their newfound knowledge in everyday life.

  • Promote Critical Thinking: Foster analytical and critical thinking skills through interactive gameplay and real-world financial scenarios.

  • Empower Decision-Making: Enable students to make informed financial decisions by applying theoretical knowledge in practical contexts.

Target Participants / Prerequisite​

The intended participants for the program are gifted and talented students aged 8 to 11 (P.3-P.6) who are eager to develop their financial literacy skills.

Ms. Lai Man Wa Eva

Eva currently serves as a programme manager and lecturer at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration. Prior to joining the university, she gained over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, which has enriched her teaching with valuable insights. In addition to her finance-related qualifications, Eva holds a Master of Education from the University of Hong Kong, reinforcing her commitment to nurturing gifted students. She actively participates in community service initiatives aimed at helping students with financial talents realize their personal growth early on.
