工作坊目標

▪ 介紹室內森林浴作為家長放鬆身心、減輕壓力和與大自然連結的一種有效方式。

▪ 透過在室內環境中藉由大自然元素的感官體驗,提升身心健康和自我關懷。

▪ 為家長提供一個寧靜和支持的空間,讓他們放慢腳步,暫時離開日常壓力。

▪ 透過分享個人經驗,培養對個人差異和獨特觀點的欣賞。

▪ 鼓勵家長在活動期間減少對電子產品的依賴,並在大自然中享受玩樂時光。

工作坊概要

1. 簡介:歡迎和介紹。解釋森林浴及其益處。

2. 感官探索:引導家長在室內空間中運用精心挑選的大自然元素和聲音接觸大自然,提升感官意識。

3. 自然互動:邀請家長以輕鬆有趣的方式與房間內的大自然元素進行互動,這可能包括創作大自然藝術品等活動

4. 茶聚與反思:茶聚,分享本次體驗的經驗和反思。

陳堯燊先生-認證森林浴嚮導

在英國修畢發展研究碩士課程後,在國際及本地扶貧機構工作六年,曾在中國農村開展扶貧項目及在港倡議國際滅貧議題,及後在本地大學推展服務學習。後來明白到服務別人之前,要先成為更愛惜自己的人。於2020年初成為認證的森林療癒嚮導,創辦「山林之間」,以大自然的療癒力量,在香港帶領超過350場森林浴,對象包括企業、NGO、學生、長者及傷健人士等。

 
Workshop Objectives

▪ To introduce forest bathing as a way for parents to relax, reduce stress, and connect with nature indoors.
▪ To promote well-being and self-care through mindful engagement with nature elements.

▪ To provide a calming and supportive space for parents to slow down and disengage from daily pressures.

▪ To foster an appreciation of individual differences and unique perspectives by sharing personal experiences.

▪ To encourage parents to reduce reliance on electronic devices during the session and engage in mindful activities

Workshop Outline

1. Introduction: Welcome and explanation of forest bathing and its benefits.

2. Sensory Exploration: Guided activities using selected nature materials and sounds to engage the senses and heighten awareness of the natural environment within the indoor space.

3. Nature Interaction: Invitations to interact with nature elements present in the room in different relaxing ways. This may include activities like creating nature-based art or other interactive invitations.

4. Tea Ceremony & Reflection: A tea break with sharing of experiences and insights from the session in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Mr. Sun Chan (Certified Forest Therapy Guide)
After completing a master's degree in Development Studies in the UK, Sun worked for six years in international and local poverty alleviation organizations. Later, he worked for service-learning at a local university. In early 2020, Sun became a certified forest therapy guide and founded "Moments in Woods." Harnessing the healing power of nature, he has led over 350 forest bathing sessions in Hong Kong. His clients include corporations, NGOs, students, the elderly, and people with disabilities.
