工作坊簡介

本課程旨在為學生提供創業家學習體驗,參與一系列動手實踐和協作的數碼行銷項目。透過此課程,學生將培養一種創業思維,對於制定有效的商業計劃以解決社會問題和生活挑戰中至關重要。為了制定商業計劃,課程鼓勵學生發揮創意和智慧,辨識市場需要,創造創新產品,評估商業計劃的可行性,並設計數碼行銷活動。課程中著重學生發展領導特質和創業思維,例如提問能力、自我反思能力、批判性思維和提案技巧,以培養學生成為未來的企業家或內部創業者。課程最後一天設有最終報告展示環節,讓學生分享他們的創新商業創意以及數碼行銷產品。

工作坊目標
  • 學生能夠透過訪問及了解教育界或特殊教育界工作,為自己訂立更明確的職業規劃。

  • 學生能夠體驗及認識不同有特殊學習需要的孩子面對的挑戰。

  • 學生能夠明白如何運用4P (Price, Product, Place, Promotion) 去定制自己的生意計劃及市場營銷策略。

  • 學生能夠創作自己產品的虛擬原型及運用數碼工具營銷自己的產品。

  • 學生能夠建立內部創業家思維(Intrapreneurship),亦能夠反思一位好領導者及團隊成員需要的特質。

  • 學生能夠學會聆聽別人的建議亦能夠提供有效的意見。

  • 學生能夠透過活動反思自己的強項及弱項。

  • 學生能夠學會團隊合作及訓練解決問題的技巧。

目標對象

對商業、特殊教育、數字營銷和拍攝感興趣并富有创造力的學生。

陳卓琪小姐

陳卓琪小姐是在香港特殊教育及資優發展範疇中的一位獨立教育顧問。她積極為不同大學的特殊教育教師提供師資培訓。陳小姐已修畢融合及特殊教育碩士、社會工作碩士、教育深造文憑、以及教師專業進修課程(照顧不同學習需要) ──深造班等專業資格。同時,她於國際學校、本地學校、非牟利機構及大學皆有豐富教學經驗。

陳小姐亦是「香港大學教育學院融合及特殊教育研究發展中心──學校特殊興趣組指引:生存技能及專業發展」的創會成員;不時籌劃研討會或受邀出席講座,向教師和家長演講有關特殊和資優教育講題。同時,她積極籌辦活動,向大眾推廣有特殊學習需要學生的另類天賦。

陳小姐擅長協助學生發掘其長處,曾與大學及學校合作舉辦領袖訓練及創業訓練課程。陳小姐創辦的初創企業—博雅思教育中心—獲頒 2019及2020 DBS 社企發展基金、2016年滙豐青年創業金獎、2016年香港貿發局和香港青年協會合辦的「創業擂台」傑出創業項目大獎、2016年十大中小企業優質顧客服務大獎及2017年城市青年商會創意創業大賞、2024香港救助兒童獎。陳小姐的創業故事受各大傳媒廣為報導,於 2017年獲 WelikeHK頒發「努力有明天 —最具企業責任獎」並在 2022年獲頒大灣區傑出女企業家獎。

Workshop Description

An entrepreneurship innovative program that creates unique learning experience for students to engage in a series of hands-on exploration and collaborative digital marketing project. Throughout the program, students will develop an entrepreneurship mindset that is essential in establishing a successful business plan to resolve social gaps and real-life challenges. To work out a business plan, students are encouraged to unleash their creativity and intelligence in identifying the gap in the market, creating innovative products, considering the plausibility of the business plan and presenting a digital marketing campaign. Important leadership qualities and entrepreneur mindset, such as questioning skills, self-reflective skills, critical thinking and pitching skills will be highlighted throughout the program to develop students into future entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs. A final presentation will be hosted on the last day for students to share their innovative business idea as well as their digital marketing product.

Workshop Objectives
  •  Students will explore their career path in the education/special education industry through interviews and sharing.

  •  Students will be able to experience and identify the challenges faced by children with diverse special needs.

  •  Students will be able to understand and apply the 4Ps (Price, Product, Place, Promotion) to create their own business plan and marketing strategies.

  •  Students will be able to create their virtual prototype and utilize digital tools to market their business ideas.

  •  Students will be able to develop intrapreneurship mindset and identify the qualities of a good leader and team player.

  •  Students will be able to listen to others’ opinion and provide constructive feedback.

  •  Students will be able to reflect on self-strengths and challenges.

  •  Students will be able to cooperate with others in discussion and problem-solving.

Target Participants / Prerequisite​

Any creative and innovative students who are interested in business, special education, digital marketing and filming.

Workshop Instructors​​​​​​

Ms. Chan Cheuk Ki, Twiggy

Ms. Twiggy Chan is currently an independent education consultant, focusing on special education and talent development in Hong Kong. She has obtained Master of Education in Inclusive and Special Education; Master of Social Science in Social Work; Postgraduate Diploma in Education. She has been teaching in international schools, local schools, non-profit organizations and universities.

Twiggy is one of the Founding members, Special Interest Group for School Guidance, Life Skills and Career Development, Faculty of Education Centre for Advancement of Inclusive and Special Education, The University of Hong Kong and help to lead workshops or be a speaker for teachers and parents with gifted learners or children with learning difficulties. She also organized events to promote the talents for students with special needs.

Twiggy also specializes in helping students to find their talents and has partnered with universities and schools to conduct leadership training and entrepreneurship training program. Her start-up company, Boaz International Education Institute, has been awarded DBS Foundation Grant 2019 and 2020, HSBC Youth Business Award 2016 – Gold Award, Top 10 SME Customer Service Awards 2016 and Innovative Entrepreneurship Award 2017 by Junior Chamber International Hong Kong. Her start-up story has been featured in various media and GBA Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Awards 2022.​​
